FIRST VISIT:

Since our first priority is your overall health and well being, on your first visit you will fill out paperwork that focuses on areas of your medical history.  It is important that we have accurate and updated information about your health and physical condition before we determine if an appetite suppressant is appropriate for you. You will have a minor physical and we will record your blood pressure, measurements, and weight. This includes a detailed electronic body comp analysis that will be explained to you. Finally, we will go over the diet education and our available medication, supplement and injectable options to determine what works best for you.  Some of the prescription appetite suppressant medications that we have available are:

PHENTERMINE: 37.5mg

PHENDIMETRAZINE: 35mg (3 times a day)

TENUATE: 25mg (3 times a day)  

TOPIRAMATE: 25mg, 50mg

WELLBUTRIN: 100mg 

 WEEKLY VISITS:

Our weekly visits are designed to help you lose weight effectively, quickly and safely with individual attention and personal support throughout your weight loss journey. We like you to visit us each week to weigh in, have your blood pressure checked, refill medications and ask questions. 

MAINTENANCE:

Since keeping the weight off long term is key, we will continue to be with you every step of the way as you near your weight loss goal.  When you have reached your goal, we will be here for ongoing weigh-ins, electronic body comp analysis and encouragement. You may want to add supplements and b12 and lipoplex injections when you visit. We highly recommend a weekly or bi weekly maintenance program for continued support and personal accountability. 

COST:

First Visit: $65.00

*This includes the first week on the program with medication & B-12 injection.

$40.00 per week thereafter- refill medication and a B-12 injection

B12 only:  $10/injection

Lipoplex only: $10/injection

B12 + Lipoplex: $15/injection
